Yes, this is my training area. It will also be where the first event will be held Spring 2024 – The Trinity Race!

When you train in NATURE you encounter CHALLENGES and OBSTACLES you don’t find in a gym! At XTREME RACES we are encountering what GOD has created and not man-made fitness equipment. Instead of a boring training on a treadmill in nature you are jogging or running through NATURE with its hills, rocks, streams, etc.

This improves your strength, muscle endurance, cardio endurance, etc. Your upper body and core strength have to be balanced with your running skills.

Then you add the SURVIVAL SKILLS aspect, which requires your creativity and adaptability.

This type of training also increases your ability to make QUICK DECISIONS that could help you avoid injury. This mindset can also be used in other aspects of your life!

Best of all you are breathing REAL AIR and not that created by HVAC!

So even if you don’t have the training grounds I have, get out in NATURE wherever you are!
