As you may know founder Hugh Simpson has a ministry that embodies being not only LIFTED UP by JESUS and THE HOLY SPIRIT but also LIFTING UP others too!

This is a major aspect of XTREME RACES™, where participants will be encouraged to be there for other participants during the challenges.

“That is what I like about Spartan Races,” says Hugh. “Yes, there is competition but there is more COOPERATION. Joe talks especially about how these Spartans help each other when encountering a challenge that is easy for them but extremely challenging for others. It becomes strangers cooperating for the good of those fellow participants. As Joe says and I so agree as a Christian, this is one way we can learn to bring more PEACE and JOY in our lifes and more importantly in others too.”
