So how does this work?
You eat LIMITED amounts of MEAT with each portion no bigger than the size of a DECK OF CARDS!
You supplement this with GENEROUS portions of FRUITS, GRAINS and VEGETABLES.
You do this for at least SIX WEEKS SEVEN DAYS A WEEK with NO deserts!
Yes it takes DISCIPLINE; however it WORKS!
If you are noticing weight loss earlier you can move into the CHEAT Day, where you reward yourself with EATING ANYTHING YOU WANT!
I put it to the test after 6 weeks by going to an all-you-can-eat restaurant, where I ate nothing but DESERTS! I didn’t gain a pound!
